Get a sticker for your BoatID

Once your boat or trailer is verified, you can download the QR code from its page, as either an image or a print-ready PDF. From there, printing it onto a sticker is up to you — here are two options that work well. BoatID doesn't handle payment or shipping for either.

Cheap and quick

Amazon

A basic waterproof vinyl sticker, around £7.99. It won't let you order just one — you'll get a small pack, so keep the spares for a second boat, a trailer, or a replacement down the line.

  1. Download the sticker image from your boat or trailer's page (the "image" download, not the PDF — Amazon's tool needs a JPG or PNG).
  2. Open the Amazon listing and click "Customise now".
  3. Upload the image you downloaded when it asks for one.
  4. It'll ask you to choose a quantity — pick the smallest pack on offer.
  5. Add to basket and check out as normal.

Built to last

Damar Signs

A local sign printer near High Wycombe. Their stickers have a UV coating rated to last 5–7 years outdoors, so it's worth it if your boat sits out in all weathers. A single sticker is around £25 + VAT — the price per sticker drops a lot if you ever order more than one.

  1. Download the sticker PDF from your boat or trailer's page — a proper print-ready vector file, not a photo.
  2. Email it to sales@damarsigns.co.uk and let them know you'd like it printed as a single marine-grade, UV-coated sticker.
  3. They'll quote you and print it to order.
